What is the enrollment deadline?

When do group calls start?

The 90 days of group coaching will run from Feb - May.
When will the group calls be scheduled?

Most weekly group calls will be on Saturdays at 8 am Pacific / 11 am Eastern, with occasional alternate times and bonus calls as well. You can submit questions for me to answer in the calls, and you'll get recordings of all the calls a day or two after they happen.
How long will I have access to the class materials?
You will have access to all four modules of pre-recorded lessons immediately when you sign up.
- With BASIC enrollment, you get access until May 31, 2025.
- With PREMIUM enrollment, you get lifetime access.
How do I schedule private calls with Sarah?

Who is this course for?

My Delight is for engaged or married Catholic women in their 20's and 30's. At this stage, you are at an ideal time in life when you are open to learning and trying new things.

If you are a Catholic engaged or married woman above that age, you can still join. The important thing is to be "young at heart." You have to promise to embrace a growth mindset. You cannot blame everything disappointing or frustrating in your sex life on your husband. You have to be open to learning new things and believe in the possibility of changing yourself, your attitudes, your communication, and so on.
