Weekly Group Coaching Calls
This is the heart of the experience. These weekly live zoom calls are a safe and non-judgemental space to ask questions (anonymously if you prefer). Regular guest experts are invited as well!
Weekly calls will go from Sept 23 through Dec 16.
Calls will be on Wednesday at 2 pm Pacific / 5 pm Eastern.
Recordings of all calls will be posted for you inside the community! There may also be occasional alternate days and times and bonus calls to accommodate more times zones and schedules.

Who is this course for?
My Delight is for engaged or married Catholic women.
If you're in your 20's or 30's, you are at an ideal time to build a strong foundation of joy and intimacy for decades to come.
If you're in your 40's, 50's or 60's, you can still learn and grow and uncover patterns that have been holding you back.
Perimenopause and post-menopause are great times to work on your love life, as these are important transitions where new skills are so helpful!
The important thing is to be "young at heart." Having a growth mindset is SO important. You cannot blame everything that is disappointing on your husband or your circumstances. You have to be open to trying new things and believe in the possibility of changing yourself.

What is the time commitment?
